Job Description

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on valuable administrative experience working on a dynamic portfolio of programmes.
The successful applicant will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual, willing to take responsibility for administrative duties across the lifecycle of our diverse set of programmes, collaborating with key stakeholders within Henley Business School and the broader University, to deliver a high-quality student experience and co-ordinate the smooth delivery of programme operations.
Main duties include:

Plan and organise the workload of programme administrators and work closely with other Senior Programme Administrators to ensure consistent, efficient processes.
Act as the escalation point for programme related issues to support programme administrators using initiative to problem solve issues as they arise.
Provide student data and reports when requested, maintain programme trackers, student records, and programme documentation effectively, to ensure high levels of quality assurance.
Liaise with the University’s relevant teams and applicants to ensure an effective onboarding process, including effective decision making on applications, checking applicant eligibility and tracking applicants to complete application process.

You will have:

an ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure prioritisation and completion of multiple tasks
Ability to use own initiative and a creative approach to problem solving
A mindset of continuous improvement and collaboration

There are 2 roles available, a 10-month maternity cover role primarily supporting our Custom & Open programmes, and a 12-month role supporting our Coaching portfolio. Flexibility is key, as the role may work across Pre-Experience Post-Graduate, Post-Experience, Apprenticeships, Corporate Development, and Undergraduate programmes, the specific workload allocation will be determined dependent on student recruitment.
