Due to some amazing growth opportunities, we are looking for people who have worked in a residential care homes (Adult or Children) but now looking for progression into a Team Leader role.
This role has a starting salary of £26,000 per annum based on a 40-hour week plus sleep in’s (you’ll earn £45 for a weekday sleep-in and £50 at the weekend) but additional overtime is available should you wish to do more.

About the role
You will be a positive role model for the children within Amegreen Children’s Services, offering care and support to the children, providing structure, consistency, and nurturing as part of day-to-day living, always ensuring the safety of each child.
To support the Registered Manager in the supervision and support of the staff with their tasks, review documents including casework files and risk management, organise the rota, assisting the children with their daily routines and ensure the day to day running of the home is clean, tidy and organised.
There will be great days where you will laugh, play games and bring joy to the children but there will be times where the children may shout, swear and cry, but by listening to them, guiding, and offering comfort during challenging times your kindness, you will find this role really rewarding and see more of those great days!

About Us
Amegreen Children’s Services is an established and respected provider of residential children’s homes having been established in 2013. Our independent children’s homes are rated as Outstanding by Ofsted and provide therapeutic care to children between the ages of 5 and 18 who are unable to live with their families.
