The People Services team here at BDCT are looking for a new People Advisor. Under the management of a People Business Partner, the post holder is responsible for providing professional support in the provision of a People Operations service within the Trust. The post holder will work to a People Business Partner and will operate around all business units and corporate services across the Trust. Focusing on a key area in one of 3 people services hubs: employee relations, attendance or projects, as directed by Senior People Business Partner. This role will also be supporting other areas of people services as requested and handling day-to day ad hoc queries in a range of people services issues. This role will work as an advisor to Trust managers on a wide range of People operational issues ensuring Trust standards and policies are adhered to in a consistent manner. The role will have a focus on providing excellent customer service with a right first time approach that supports the Trust values and aim to provide outstanding care.
