Role Overview
Are you a proven B2B marketing ops professional who can deliver campaigns across the Martech stack?
To be successful in this role, you’ll be an experienced (5 years +) B2B marketer with strong martech experience. Our primary tech stack is Salesforce, Pardot and Demandbase and we’re looking for someone who can confidently take the lead in using those platforms to define, devise and execute marketing campaigns, in collaboration with the wider marketing and sales operations team.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong MAT background and a passion for data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Pardot and be familiar with Salesforce and Demandbase, or similar equivalents.
This person will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and the efficiency of our marketing operations. Working closely with the Sales and BDR teams you’ll make suggestions for campaigns according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, solution and buying cycle. Ensuring that each activity is tracked and measured within a campaign structure on Salesforce and Pardot, you’ll report on performance with a focus on pipeline and ROI. You’ll be used to turning around campaigns at pace and working closely with a design and digital team to meet tight production deadlines and lead-generation targets. In addition, you’ll manage the activation of our content campaigns across our partner media channels to make them fly.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimise our MAT and ABM platforms, including Pardot, Salesforce, and Demandbase.
Manage the Marketing plan via MS Planner and distribute activity to the wider team.
Oversee the integration of marketing technologies and ensure data integrity across systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyse marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Maintain and improve lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation processes.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Train and support marketing team members on the use of marketing technologies and processes.
Running campaigns with syndicated partner channel.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on Pardot and, ideally, Salesforce, and Demandbase.
Familiarity or ability to quickly learn Asana/MS Planner, Flipsnack, Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) principles.
Proven track record of managing and optimising marketing technology stacks.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with managing a direct report
