Mental Health Support Teams

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Travelling to client homes to provide the highest level of support to individuals who are adjusting to life back at home
Performing light housekeeping tasks
Observing, monitoring and record keeping
Build relationships with service users and understand what will really make a difference to their daily lives
Promoting self-care and skills in a safe setting
Encouraging and supporting clients with daily tasks
Be able to provide support, guidance and encouragement during client recovery period

Our candidate expectations are;

Kind, compassionate, caring, and honest.
Able to work alternate weekends or every weekend.
Can fulfil a 7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm shift pattern – we are flexible, talk to us if this doesn’t suit you!
Willing to undertake personal care tasks including bathing and toileting.
Comfortable and confident working as part of a team or lone working.
Have the use of their own transport during working hours.
Employment is subject to Two satisfactory references and Enhanced DBS.
We employ individuals on Student visa
