Housing Manager Safeguarding & Tenancy Sustainment

You are a skilled and experienced Housing Manager who shares our values, is dedicated to supporting our communities, and is driven to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents. You’ll work collaboratively with customers and colleagues, constantly improving our services and shaping the future of housing in the East of England.

What You’ll Do as a Housing Manager:
Lead and inspire your team to deliver top-tier Safeguarding & Tenancy Sustainment services to our residents.
Engage and empower residents to manage their homes while ensuring tenancy sustainment and safeguarding principles are embedded in your work.
Promote community involvement through the application of our community gateway model, giving residents a voice and a stake in their homes.
Deliver exceptional housing management services that empower our customers to live independently and sustain their tenancies.
You will have a CIH level 4 or equivalent or be willing to work towards it.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Experience in managing Safeguarding & Tenancy Sustainment, ideally within the social housing sector.
Expertise in general housing knowledge, with a focus on Safeguarding and Domestic Abuse.
Strong leadership, management, and team development skills with a focus on performance and change management.
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and empowering residents.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to present, report, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
A solid understanding of housing law, regulatory requirements, and safeguarding practices.
Experience managing budgets and interpreting complex information to make informed decisions.

£56,520 annual base salary
Permanent Full-time Contract
Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility
Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution – Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)

30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
